The Wired Lion presents
The Web Pride!
Here you can have your own start up, single page web site right here on The Wired Lion! Small web site costs for all the tools and security of a large web site.
This is a great way to set up a personal/family web page to share photos and short movies with family and friends! No more trying to send and download a ton of memories using limited internet services. Your page becomes a photo album, just open the page and look! And you can add a secure user name and password so YOU control WHO sees your site!
Want to put the word out about your club, organization, church or home business? Add calendars of events, product photos and descriptions, interactive surveys, and more!
We even add a link to your own personalized Wired Lion email mailbox so friends, members and customers can respond with a click!
To sign up, just read the information and fill out the survey at the bottom of the Join us! page. Upon receipt of the survey and your page fee, we will be ready to go!
Need a larger effort? The Wired Lion also hosts multi-page sites or can design a separate, full-service site that can take your vision as far as you want to go! Just visit our Web Design page!

How does a Wired Lion single page web site work?
1) Sign up! Start by filling out the information survey below and clicking send. Mail in the modest $30.00 USD by check or money order payable to
Wired Lion Jay Oelrich P.O. Box 1096 Easthampton, MA 01027 2) Send the content! There are a number of ways you can send us the content to be put on your page. a) When you send in your site fee, you can also send us a CD with your text (in Microsoft Word) and your pictures (.jpeg) and we will transfer them to your site. This is the best way of sending us a lot of information and images all at once to put on your page. b) You can send your information and images as attachments via your own email service. This may take a number of emails if you have a lot of information to send us as the size of the emails may become quite large and difficult to send. Please note that you can type any text you want into an email and we can transfer it directly from there to your sight without needing Microsoft Word. c) If you wish to send the information and images by email, you may want to wait until your Wired Lion email address is set up. You can then upload your attachments to an email there and may find that you can send more attachments at one time than with your email service.
3) What's in a name? If you have a personal page, you may just want to use a portion or all of your name. John Smith might use JohnSmith, JSmith, or perhaps JohnnysPlace. An organization might be MedwayLions or StJohnsRCChurch. A business generally uses it's marketing name, such as MedwayAuto or NannasCookies. Examples of how your web address would appear are:
www.thewiredlion.com/webpride/JohnSmith.html
Please note! You may prefer to set up a sub-domain with us, especially if you are a organization, church or business. This would give you a web address such as:
If you would like a sub-domain with us, please tell us in your survey. The fee for a sub domain page is will be $40 USD and will include two email mailboxes and an increase in your page's storage size.
4) Choosing a face! The Wired Lion can change the page image in the upper left corner from our logo to an image of your choosing. Just send us the image of your choice.
5) Arranging the site! Once the site is ready, you can contact us with any changes, additions you wish. After that, we will accept reaonable changes as often as once per week. Please note that we can not change the basic page design of your page from that of our site design. Please also note that once your page content is full, you will need to drop off items to make room or reserve a second page with us. As your pages become more popular, you may want to contact us to set up a separate web site just for you alone!
6) Keeping it safe and secure! You may wish to password protect your personal or organization page. Will will initiate your user name and password that YOU can give out to those whom you wish to visit your page. No one can then enter your page without providing that information.
7) Keeping a friendly and ethical atmosphere! The Wired Lion strives to maintain an ethical and honest site, essentially, a family site. Please see The Fine Print page for more information on our policies.
We home you will have a very positive experience with your single web page. Please visit the Join us! page, fill out the survey and get ready to
"Keep it safe, simple and fun!"
